  TERMS & CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT:

1.  The charges Rs. for undertaking said task is agreed upon by both the part e.g. The Company and The client.

2.  50 % of Fees required to be deposited in advance to commence the task.

3. The task would be completed in working days, however if due to unavoidable circumstances if time period extends the company shall charge NO extra fees for said task.

4. The company under takes full responsibility to keep the matter most confidential & secret and shall not reveal to any third party.

5. The company may request for additional expenses may / likely to occur for obtaining certain information with prior consent of the client.

6. The fees are totally non refundable in all the cases, however in certain cases where company finds it impossible to penetrate in accessing information may refund the balance amount deducting the cost & efforts involved during the process.

7. The client, by signing this is agreeing as undertaking for  engaging The Company in investigation of his / her personal matter, and legal liabilities arising in the course of investigation shall be borne by the client.

8. In Case Of any Disputes Between Client & Company it will be dealt to Vadodara jurisdiction.
